* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as the low 20s possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central,
  northeast, and northwest New Mexico.

* WHEN...From late Friday night through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take steps now to protect tender plants, pets, and those without
shelter from the cold.

To prevent water pipes from freezing, wrap, drain or allow them to
drip slowly.
