  near Torrington, moving east at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Torrington, New Hartford, Norfolk, Litchfield, Canaan, Falls
