...FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR AREAS DOWNSTREAM OF THE BELLAIRE DAM ON THE
INTERMEDIATE RIVER REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Potential Flash Flooding caused by high flows from the
  Bellaire Dam.

* WHERE...A portion of Northern Lower Michigan, including the
  following county, Antrim.

* WHEN...Through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Increased flows from the Bellaire Dam may result in
  flash flooding of low-lying areas below the dam. Flooding may
  occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.

Dam safety experts with state and local emergency services are

informed by listening to local radio and television for statements

* IMPACTS...Additional rainfall may result in additional flooding of
  rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone
  locations.
