The Flood Watch is cancelled for Massachusetts, Rhode Island and
Northern Connecticut.

Rain has lightened in intensity, and flooding is no longer expected
to pose a threat. Rivers are still swollen due to a combination of
snowmelt and today's rain. Please continue to heed remaining road
closures.
