  - At 5:15 AM EST Tuesday the stage was 10.4 feet.
  - The ice jam appears to have broken up around 345PM on Monday
    with falling stages ever since.
  - Forecast...Swatara Creek may stay above Action stage for for
    an extended period of time. Ice effects can be erratic and
    result in unpredictable changes in river levels.
