  expected.

* WHERE...Sacramento Mountains.

* WHEN...From 11 PM Thursday to noon MDT Friday. Strongest winds
  expected Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
