* IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, MINOR FLOOD.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 25.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 26.0
    feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below
    flood stage early Friday morning.
  - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:00 PM CDT Wednesday was 802.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 805.5
    feet early Monday afternoon.
