* Special Marine Warning for...
  Gulf of America from west end of Seven Mile Bridge to Halfmoon
  Shoal out to 5 fathoms...
  Hawk Channel from west end of Seven Mile Bridge to Halfmoon Shoal
  out to the reef...

* Until 400 PM EDT.

* At 308 PM EDT, a waterspout was located near Cudjoe Bay. The
  waterspout was nearly stationary.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...National Weather Service Meteorologist.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can capsize boats, damage vessels and create
           suddenly higher waves. Expect wind gusts in excess of 34
           knots, suddenly higher waves, frequent lightning, and
           heavy downpours.

* Locations in the warning include...
  Annette Key, Howe Key, Coupon Bight, Little Pine Key, Newfound
  Harbor, Little Knockemdown Key, and Toptree Hammock Key.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous
