...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM PDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northwest Oregon, including the following
  county, Multnomah.

* WHEN...Until 500 PM PDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 731 AM PDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Flooding
    is already occurring in the warned area. Between 3 and 4
    inches of rain have fallen.
  - This includes the following streams and drainages...
    Beaver Creek, Sandy River, Osborn Creek, Johnson Creek,
    Fairview Creek and Arata Creek.
    Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Gresham and Troutdale.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
