The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of southeast Ohio,
including the following counties, Athens, Gallia, Jackson OH, Meigs,
Morgan, Perry, Vinton and Washington and West Virginia, including
the following counties, Doddridge, Jackson WV, Mason, Pleasants,
Ritchie, Tyler, Wirt and Wood.

The heavy rain threat has diminished and any additional flooding is
no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed
remaining road closures.
