The Flood Warning will expire at 6 AM EDT early this morning for a
portion of southeast Ohio, including the following county,
Washington.

Flood waters are receding, so the Flood Warning is being
allowed to expire. However, motorists should continue to exercise
extreme caution and be prepared for water or debris remaining on
roadways. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
