...FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 9 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

The Flood Watch will expire for portions of Arkansas, including the
following counties, Benton, Crawford, Sebastian and Washington and
Oklahoma, including the following counties, Adair, Cherokee,
Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore, McIntosh, Muskogee, Okfuskee, Okmulgee,
Pittsburg, Pushmataha and Sequoyah.

Areas of light to moderate rain will continue through the morning
across southeast Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. The additional
rainfall through the remainder of the morning will not produce
flooding and the flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood
Watch will expire at 9 AM CDT this morning.
