Some shoreline erosion will occur. Breaking waves can sweep people off jetties and docks, and into dangerous seas. Life- threatening swimming conditions and significant beach erosion can be expected. Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As TY Sinlaku continues to move away and wind driven waves decrease, the primary swell and highest surf will be southwest. Seas will be slow to subside over the next couple of days. Surf heights of 12 to 17 feet are expected for Guam and 13 to 19 feet for Rota. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
